Another attempt to reboot this journey.

My starting weight on Monday morning (19/08/2024) is 137.4kg.

It's been a hectic year and it's crazy how fast time flies and the fat just adds on.

I've missed my FS Family! Let's do this!!!!

137.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg. Still to go: 12.4 kg. Diet followed: Poorly.
