I thought my stomach didn't look so bloated. Yay. Not quite preggers today. Will do some physical work today, and a strength workout of sorts. Icut out one slice of bread at breakfast and I didn't not have bread snack. I did eat a banana with my potassium, and had apple slices. Tried to keep those carbs below 50. And I ate a good solid meal at 5p, which helped to keep the cravings away. And tiny taste of bad coffee, not a whole cup. So was better today about sugar. And I did the walk 1 1/2 times.
