3pm today my doctor called. She wants to increase the dosage of my blood pressure tablets 😮💨. I think it's because I've only just started taking them and they need to find the right balance. My family (daughter, son in law and 2 gorgeous grandsons (2 and 8 years) are on holiday in Sardinia at the moment. I really miss them. Am having either pasta with prawns or prawn salad for tea in a moment. Oh decisions, decisions 🤔 😅
