A day of experiments. I walked in the early morning, longer distance this time. I substituted cravings for less unhealthy. Not good for me, but was able to avoid ice cream/cookies/donuts/candy/cake. Had two slices of pbj. Love raspberry jam. But didn't like the number on the scale. Obvioulsy too much sugar in that snack. Next experiement: brush teeth immediately after eating to see if that turns off the craving for a yummy. Am out of pork roast/veg. Tomorrow is hamburger casserole and veg. Will see if savory at dinner helps to cut off desire for something yummy b/c my yummy will be main course.
