Losing 0.5 kg a Week

Yes it is Jockot, it's like a penny, eventually it adds up to a pound, well done your doing great and it's better to lose it slower as your skin will hopefully shrink back with it and it will stay off for longer, all these fad diets you see like "lose 7lb in a week," it's great if you want to lose it for an occasion in a couple of days, but we are changing our lifestyle for the better not dieting, well that's how I look at it. Well done again x

you are doing great JockoT, weight is coming down nicely. Jo3 is right, and all the stats and studies say that if you lose weight too quick you are more likely to regain it. slow and steady is defo a winner of this race ;)
