new start. today I am rounded up to 166 lbs. The fitness center is open for three days, then closed for 10. I got up and walked in the cool morning air, 2 miles. Short goal is to walk every morning for 1 wk, then do the loop twice starting 10 Aug. I am SO tired, terrible insomnia, fuzzy thinking. I think this is all due to weight and food poison, ie unhealthy eating. Will also go to fitness center every day after walking. They say only every other but I'd rather do a light work out every day. When I skip a day, then it's too easy to skip another. PLUS, ever see people in the old days skip days of work? No. Hard work, Every day.
