Taking it easy today - half marathon tomorrow - drove boys to Miami beach last night - camping this weekend - its in the 60's and perfect weather. Beyond the campsite they have the Miami skyline lit up on the horizon - breathtaking. right on the intercoastal beach.

67.0 kg Lost so far: 7.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
