It was a day filled with loads of protein something I truly had to little off this last 8 months. My fitness (in walking) is really great but my physical strength has taken a significant knock in this last year. ☝️I definitely believe that eating clean and eating less meat decreases body odour significantly and decreases certain hormone dominance.
I miss Summer…I really don’t do well in winter…🥲
