☝️Sleep is important for weight loss. When tired you seek energy in food. ☝️What I learnt in having been an morbidly obese person: In constantly eating I felt “calm” because whilst eating I was breathing through my nose (as my mouth was busy chewing) and food was definitely de-stressing and calming me in that I was not shallow mouth breathing in eating mode but taking deep breaths through my nose. ☝️Having had reflux as a morbidly obese person I realised that the LES flap in my throat was compromised by too much food ACID (think of a bird with an overfilled crop) food not digesting because the stomach is overfilled - having too much sugar, spice, msg and refined carbohydrates and masses of protein not digesting fast enough. Fluid was carbonated drinks or extra strong filter coffees not water… ☝️I was also not getting enough VitD because I was fearful of the fat shaming so I hid my body under layers of clothes out in the open.
These are my thoughts as in what I feel went wrong with me in my obesity …
