Today marks the first day of a lifestyle change and portion control.

It will be a slow and steady weight loss journey as I am still breastfeeding and cannot loose weight to rapidly. So 0,5kg - 1kg per week will be a win!

Hoping by December I will reach my goal weight.
65.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 11.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
