Six week evaluation with personal trainer had mixed results. No weight loss. However, I am down several inches combined overall (neck, chest waist, glutes, calves) with only my Quads gaining an inch. I can tell the inches came off in how my clothes fit.

I was away from home for about 3 days going to Cub Scout Camp with my son. When we got back, my wife said I looked noticeably thinner.

Got a lot of walking in during the scout camp. The workouts helped me with all the hills and stairs I encountered. Basically I was walking our standing from 6:30am to 11:pm at night with about one hour of sitting for 3 days. It took over a week for my legs to recover.

The trainer is putting me through some good workouts. Definitely pushing my limits. Yesterdays session revealed to me just how much weaker my left side is than my right side (I'm right handed). It was a little disheartening as I have never felt so out of touch with my abilities and how getting older has affected me.. Just goes to show I have more work to do.

I have totally turned my breakfast and lunch nutrition around. I am eating much healthier lunches and breakfasts. However, I am consuming more carbs than I used to feel comfortable with since I am eating more fruit. Trying to pay more attention to glycemic load than I am total carbs.
157.9 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 55.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.5 kg a Week
