Having lost a 133.1 kg/ 293 pounds (naturally) these last 4 to 7kg is unbelievable hard to loose. I walked 32000 steps went to the gym, eat like a bird and my body says: Girl you got to keep fuel man, it’s winter…😭🍏
76.9 kg Lost so far: 133.1 kg.    Still to go: 6.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Give yourself abit of a break. I think after all you have gone through and lost your body is asking for it. Sometimes a reset and REST is what it needs. Well done you lost like two people. That is amazing never forget that.

well done. The last vew are always tough. It might help to go on a bodycompesition scale, to see balance of muscle, etc weight and water.

Remember that is you have high cortisol (stress) your body will hold tight. Some workouts that used to work may be causing stress, change to gentle weights (slow reps) and maybe even a slow Pilates or yoga. Instead eat a big breakfast, medium lunch then tiny dinner (within your calorie deficit), this calms you down and watch the weight shift.
