Did 20 minutes of sit up’s today and if you know me- you know that’s serious dedication because I hate sit up’s with a passion. But I love myself more- so I’m doing the dam Sit ups- trying to be better best friend to myself.
Seem to be sitting Stable on 70kg. Trying to love myself and say loving things to myself in the mirror and not be hard on myself. Have discovered sugar free Chocolate also which is amazing.
