So close!

I can say with certainty that avoiding fruit this week has helped me lose 3 lbs. I also got more exercise this week than last. Even ran this morning. Doing push-ups and sit-up and a bit of weights almost every day. Now I am focused on the area around the middle-it's starts with a B and it stands out like a fleshy apron. It's funny that when I was 25 pounds heavier earlier this summer that area did not seems so "bad".
59.9 kg Lost so far: 14.5 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I was so dang curious about this Dukan thing I had to scroll all the way back to Day 1 of Dukan to get the whole story!! Glad to have you on my buddy list. I think we were buddies once ... I don't know ... or I am just very used to reading your comments on everyone else's journals!! Regardless ... congrats on your losses!!! WOW!!! AWESOME!!
