No change - but a least no gain.
I don't know what else I can do to start the scale tipping again.
Really feel like the "bigest loser", but not weight wise.
73.6 kg Lost so far: 21.7 kg.    Still to go: 5.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
