Feel a late night craving coming on. But I think I learned a new trick, everytime I crave something I during a tall glass of water. If that doesn't work I'm turning in early tonight.

I've been making myself a cup of herbal tea (mint) every time those late night cravings hit. The mint is kind of sweet and it seems to be working. Glass of water sounds good for the day time.
