Have managed to remove the few extra kg I put on. Was nearly back up to 75kg last week. Now I’m back at around 70, aim is for 65/66kg with most of that being muscle weight. Going through an old phone I found the videos and photos of me when I was 85kg, in 2021, I’m so much smaller now, 2 years of effort. My muscle definition is way better it was really great to see those photos and have that sense of accomplishment to drive me to keep going. Feeling ok about dropping some weight. . Knee meniscus injury earlier this year keeps playing up too, interfering with work outs. Doing lunges seems to exacerbate it.
