Why does my body just want to store fat?? Why? I’m starving myself out here, doing sit ups, the whole torture. The minute a carb passes my lips my body is like “Quick! Get these carbs into fat storage fast, this b*#ch might try to starve us again! “ The yoyo weight Seems to be caused by carbs? I think? I’m exercising every day- I thought I could handle a few more calories, guess not! Gona have to try dice the carbs completely - until I’m under 70kg again.
