Seem to be sticking at 144lb, I know personally I’ve had a few food hiccups this week. Big mistake on the curry and chips not to be repeated a little reminder for me.
65.3 kg Lost so far: 3.3 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
