at the advice of my hubby I ate ice cream yesterday and had 2400 calories higher than normal and I guess
he was right I'm down 👇 a little bit I think my body was holding onto the calories I ate I may have 1 day a week where I have high calories and carbs to carb cycle I'm just not sure how it's done so if anyone can help me out with how to properly do a carb cycle I would appreciate it....

Sometimes you have to shake things up. Carb cycling and calorie cycling both work well. There are different ways to do them but usually you may eat a day at the top of your calories or carbs on one at the low end of your calories or carbs on another. On the days when you are more active go with the higher carbs - around 2gms per pound of body weight and on low days go 0.5gms per pound of body weight.
