Once you reach a certain level of weight lifting you find out you continue to get lean even if weight-loss does not occur. It has been hard changing my diet and what I eat daily. But I did it, despite having children who love sugar. I go by my waist size now. And I continue to loose inches. And now weight-loss over the last 6 months has become my new passion. Have an amazing workout friends! I went from a 38 to a size 32 in pants. We can all do this!
84.8 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.1 kg a Week

That's awesome... congratulations! Non scale victories are essential! There's so much more to this then just a number on the scale. I'm happy for you.

Thank you Joe. I made a personal promise to myself to never go back to my old ways. So working out his become a routine since December 15th 2023. Now I can't finish the week without doing what is right. Also my meat, veggies and fruit consumption is way up now.

I love hearing that and it's similar to how I operate. Once it all clicks and becomes a habit. It's like a light comes on that won't burn out. It becomes part of who you/I am in it's entirety. 👋💪🤝 I wish I could take this feeling and bottle it up. We could save a lot of lives and make a lot of money. Anyways great job continued success to you moving forward.

Thanks Joe. My mission is be a much healthier me than I was even 20 years ago. And I am super close now. I fit in my shorts I have not worn in 12 years yesterday. Hare work pays off! Have an amazing workout week Joe!
