Fluid levels rebalanced after a week of eating in higher (normal for me) carb ranges. 1 week post eggfasting. Didn’t work out or walk at all this week due to tattoo healing and have to avoid sweating in the first week. today is day 6 so I can do some walking today. May need a little nap later too since my body got a surge of energy awake at 3 am 🫢
