The struggle continues. This is a lifetime issue for me. Overall, I am trying very hard to limit my calorie intake, increase water intake and also occasionally be able to relax and have a "normal" meal with friends or family. This weigh in, is actually a loss, as my weight bubbled up over 99kg briefly a couple of days ago. 🙃

You’re right about a lifetime issue, it never stops, and just knowing and accepting that is a win in itself. Keep going, really tiny losses regularly is the key. 🔑
