ate too much yesterday and too many carbs ugh went grocery shopping and got me some grapes,watermelon and salad stuff, and stuff for cookout Saturday for Father's day.....time to get back to eating lower carbs and calories and eating healthier foods like I was doing I been eating 2,000 or 2100 calories a day since surgery I been staying hungrier but today I will change the way I am eating and get rid of some of the eating habits I created since surgery...love my fruit anyway....
128.8 kg Lost so far: 31.3 kg.    Still to go: 29.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
