Im starting over 😭 I underestimated what a 4 day cruise could do. I was losing weight slowing but comfortably and now some of that weight came back. I feel a little more determined now, we’ll see how long the determination sticks around 😅
72.1 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
