Sooooo....I quit smoking in April of 2022 and my weight began to slowly increase. I got a new job in September of 2022 and by March of 23 I had ballooned to 193. NOT OK! That job had me sitting at a desk about 10 hours a day and the stress was crazy. I came back to my old place of work and I got back down to 170. Started back on keto 3 says ago and I already feel better. Hopefully I can keep it up. I did well for about 3 years so I know I can. Just gotta keep at it!!
