This slight elevaton is making me rethink this Intermittent Fasting.
Today I'm changing from Eat Stop Eat to One Meal A Day or OMAD. This will increase caloric reduction and includes fasting daily. Wish me luck and stay tuned!
105.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 14.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
