yay down some more 2 days to go and then I will have my 1 year weight loss journey and as of now I have lost 68.6lb I still got another pound of water to get back off me and hopefully it will continue to go down and hit 70lb like I did a week ago but either way I went from 374 to 353 which took a year taking ozempic shot but continued to drink mt dew and overeat and then I started fat secret on June 11th 2023, at 353 now June 9th I'm 283 I have lost a total of about 90lb with the majority of it since I started here and counting calories and carb, eating a little bit healthier than I did before and quit drinking mt dew started drinking water. Small changes lead to big changes.

128.5 kg Lost so far: 31.7 kg.    Still to go: 28.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
