Not too hungry with the heat and I spend considerable time outside no matter what the weather. All good.

I stay on top of my hydration and take electrolytes thru the day to ensure I don't crash and burn which is why I am so glad there is quality conversation on FS regarding salt.

A lot of people who are on certain diets and or exercise a lot need more salt. And people with certain medical conditions.

Every body is different. As Morticia said, plus add heat and exercise=possible more salt. OTOH, I'm a salt addict and my blood pressure has come down to normal since I cut way down on salt. Sigh. 🥹🥹🥹😁
