I’m new here after My Fitness Pal changed. Looking for friends of all ages and sizes to make me laugh, support my journey, and ask for my support. Today is my 1 year anniversary as I got married at age 72! So we went to alumni picnic and ate a little too much.

Today we went to the beach. Did my 5,000 steps along edge of ocean. Gained some weight yesterday going out for our first anniversary and not counting anything! Otherwise, just enjoyed wading, sunning (with sunscreen!) and reading.
