doing better but bloated because Aunt flo will be here in couple days....Here's some pictures of me from when I was at my heaviest weight at 374lb and then down to 353lb when I started fat secret and decided to quit drinking mt dew and start trying to eat healthier and since then I have lost 70lb which the bottom pictures with me in the purple outfit is just the other day and I look and feel so much better but I still gotta work on getting more weight off and I succeed but may take some time to get the next 60lb off I truly want to loose but at least I want to get another 30lbs off at least...
128.8 kg Lost so far: 31.3 kg.    Still to go: 29.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You can do it! Consistency is the key for training your stomach. Also managing your energy is important too to maintain the consistency.
