Restarting my weight loss journey here. In March 2023 I found out that i was pregnant, and delivered a healthy baby girl in November 2023. I weighed 79KGs after delivery and during my confinement went right down to 65KGs.
In Jan 2024 I had to move provinces and with all that stress and dealing with a newborn I picked up weight again…. So here we are… finally started the gym and calorie counting. Let’s do this 💪
