Try to replace to 150g of light Greek yogurt with 40g of whey protein chocolate flavour. It’s a kind of fit chocolate mousse.

Dark chocolate might help curb the craving, 70% cocoa and up works for me to eat way less than milk chocolate

I've bought a darker block of chocolate and just try to limit myself to 1-2 rows a day. and have some yoghurt as my dessert.
if i have milk chocolate it's just too damn hard to not just eat the whole block haha

😃 I find telling myself that I cannot be bothered over eating seems to work very well. It makes feel like I could not bothered reaching for the food and can be bothered doing something else instead. The body tends to listen to what you tell it, otherwise our bodies just take over us eating too many chocolates and stuff 🤣

Thanks for all the helpful comments regarding chocolate eating. I have been even worse this week but have not been punished with much of a weight gain. I should take that as some sort of sign!

I'd recommend switching to a chocolate protein bar, the higher fibre will help satiate you. However if you've been in a calorie restriction for a while it's ok to have a couple day break, then get back on with it.
