Feeling so great, pumped up in gym last night
1 hours of gruel training biceps and back and 20 minutes of cardio

back to 81 not only 6 kg to go
81 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
