I REALLY didn't enjoy recording this one - and my water and muscle dropped and verisicle up a point 😕

What's annoying and frustrating is there is no good reason for a weight increase, in fact it was a more than usual, active day and I was slightly (50cl) under my calorie budget 😤 It feels like my body is at war with my efforts and continues to put on weight even when not warranted...
95.7 kg Lost so far: 12.3 kg.    Still to go: 35.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
