27h into my fast. That’s a mind game. I am not actually hungry, but boy I DO like to eat… I really WANT something salty now, even though I took enough electrolytes(which aren’t really needed yet tbh). It sends chills through my spine to think about not enjoying tasty stuff for a few days. Can I conquer myself? Or am I too much of an hedonist for this?
