23h fast yesterday with a 6h eating window. Not back in ketosis yet. I might need to do a longer fast if I want to speed up the process but I am playing it by ear, meaning, I won’t have any hard goals this week. I may fast the whole day today but its unlikely. More likely that I will just east keto/high protein today :) Nevertheless, the water weight started dropping so I am in the right path.
