Another loss, I'm just concerned about my water and muscle mass going down as well 🫨

My monthlies started yesterday though, so very relieved 😌
95.7 kg Lost so far: 12.3 kg.    Still to go: 35.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
