I am thankful and thrilled at this result as I had a weight loss, down 1 point with my verisicle fat and my water and muscle went up - so all positive - and this after an unexpected weight increase yesterday 🙌

So, the gain yesterday must have been the inflammation and pain I had yesterday from an overly active day on Monday. How weird things can be sometimes...

I'm taking kefir and apple cider vinegar (with mother) to feed my microbes and keep sugar spikes down after eating.

Haven't done so before, so it's experimental for me to see how my body responds.
