Had a friend over on Saturday, and the second sentence out of her mouth was, "Have you put on weight?". So, that's enough. 17.1kgs needs to go. No more using HRT as an excuse. Sure, I use it, but it's not controlling what I put in my mouth. And, I know what I have been doing. So, dusting the crumbs off and walking beside that horse! (Don't want to climb back on him because I am too heavy, and it might hurt his back!)
