I don't have a digital scale so it might be just under 190 by a few ounces. I can't get hung up on that. A pound is a pound. Plus I had corned beef last night and that is pretty salty. It was so good and I am used to eating like half of it with my husband and we have leftovers because I tried to stick to 6 then another 2 oz. I am definitely "Jack Sprat's wife," but I'll eat lean too. Here is to loving and trying not to resent forming new healthy habits.
86.2 kg Lost so far: 27.7 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
