Yesterday: a road trip, 4 hrs each way. I had some restaurant-made cole slaw and baked beans; I’m sure they contained some sugar. Aside from that, fully Keto.

And, a late (Keto) snack, between 10-11 pm. So our overnight fast was about 5-6 hours shorter than usual.
65.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 1.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.9 kg a Week
