I am really on track this week! Healthy food. Been walking a little at work. Will try to do a work out video at least 2 times this week. If I stay good this weekend, I think I might hit 135 soon. That would be great! :) I miss my favorite pair of jeans.....
62.1 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
