Trying awful hard again. Still problems with dinner - my downfall.
I do better when I plan my meals - but hubby does the cooking in the evening.
Managed to walk a blister on the bottom of my foot - kind of puts a damper on the treadmill exercise. But suck it up and WALK!
73.5 kg Lost so far: 21.8 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
