Broke 86 today 😊
After a feasting day with ~100g net carbs, including chocolate, it took just about 12-14h to get back in ketosis. I don’t think this is solely matter of depleting liver glycogen since when I was doing keto diet I couldn’t eat more than 20-25 net carbs a day or it would kick le out of ketosis for a week. Maybe my body is getting adapted to changing the energy source more efficiently. That’s literally all I want; to be able to use whatever energy source is available without getting hangrier and hangrier because my body fails to dig into my fat reserves after eating a single donut.
Maybe a small win, maybe a big win. More time is needed to tell.
