Down four lbs in my first week of semaglutide! My weight fluctuates five lbs up or down so I'm not letting myself get too excited. I should know after a month if it's actually the semaglutide at work. I haven't had any side effects yet either. Fingers crossed 🤞

Be sure to track your protein. That’s going to be key. You don’t want to lose too quickly or you’ll sacrifice muscle for the scale

I always keep protein on the higher side and sacrifice fat for it. A low fat/low calorie diet has always worked for me. I was just cleared by my surgeon on Monday to go back to the gym and start building my muscles back up after seven knee surgeries in less two years and nine months.
