Feeling motivated..
i am eating dinner early and going to gym and cricket almost 4-5 times a week
Partnering with wife or my cousin whoever i can find with.

81.5 kg Lost so far: 3 kg.    Still to go: 6.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
