EmzyCat's Journal, 16 Mar 24

It’s been a rough few weeks. I’ve been exhausted physically and mentally. Started having heart palpitations, which cued something was off, went in for blood work for my Hashimotos and my TSH was higher than what it was when I first diagnosed. Makes sense as to why I was having difficulties losing weight. I’ve already started a new, higher dose to bring things back in line. Hopefully, I will start feeling better.

When I researched Hashimoto’s and what foods can help, it said anti inflammatory foods like nuts, seeds, fruits, and fatty fish. It also said some people have had good results going gluten free. IMO it couldn’t hurt to try foods that can help. 🤷🏼‍♀️

StormsGirl — thank you for the support. I try to follow those recommendations but gluten free is difficult to maintain. Fortunately, I love fish and seafood so that one is easy.

Obesetobeast— exactly! Even if I do everything right, I don’t move on the scale.
