I have been following my diet reasonably well. I have been at a stand still so when I weighed myself this morning and saw 167 I was shocked! I checked three times. Now that I've seen some more loss it has motived me to continue to do well. It was what I needed because I was getting frustated with watching my food intake and all the guilt that follows when you cheat.
