Normal  Day MARCH 12 2024 Yesterday OMAD Net Carbs 64g  Protein 61g Sugar 13g. Fat 41g    (M) 84mg/dl. For the next 3 months my measurement is an outfit size 12.  Shorts fit waist snug, top too small.  Exersize in order yoga 20 mins, weight body 20 mins, walk 4 miles, bike 5 miles, swim 20 min  I can do this!! 🏊🏽‍♀️🚴🏽‍♀️🏃🏾‍♀️
